Just as in shampoos, cellulose ethers add to the texture of the thickened liquid, and then go on to provide a superior volume of lubricious lather. Cellulose products help generate stable lathers. And nowhere is lather longevity more important than in a bubble bath. Also important is the ability to reduce or eliminate lather stabilizers that may be irritating to those with sensitive skin, especially children.
